I will start creating your special order once full payment is received,
Shipping
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. There is no tracking for regular airmail shipping outside of Canada, if you need tracking or express shipping please convo me. * Note that once the parcel has left the shop, I am not responsible for the problems that could occur in the shipping process and therefore will not reimburse.
Please note customers are responsible for duties or custom fees incurred in the country of receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in my creations and I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied you may return unused items, within 7 days of reception, for a full refund or exchange, however shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed via Paypal when the item is received by Brants in the same condition in which it was sent.
No returns or refunds will be accepted on custom orders
